Maytas Properties is a globally well known real estate company based in Hyderabad, India had approached us for developing user friendly web portal for their infrastructure venture.  Basic plan behind the website was to attract online users, who are looking for apartments and independent houses. Primary requirement of the client was to allow users to view and buy the property (apartments and villas) online through the different options available in the website.  Apart from these, the requirement was to display the location of the property site and to create login credentials for the having individual accounts to be maintained. Creating admin section for accessibility of management team of the website.

Solution for Challenge
Our team had delivered the project beyond the client’s expectation by providing different categories for each individual property and also exact location map of the site. We have created categories in such a way that it displays the complete details of the property site, which allows the user to plan and buy the property according to convenience.

The other features include login credentials, advance booking of the property and admin part for management team.
