Our story

McRaaN Systems was incorporated in the year 2000 in the state of Colorado as a consulting and staffing business. We started the way many good firms do — with a handful of engineers, a few clients who took a chance on us, and the conviction that if we did honest work at an honest price, the rest would follow. It did. Over the years we grew into a trusted partner for companies large and small: helping them get the most out of legacy applications, build new platforms, and put the right engineering teams in place.

We watched the industry reinvent itself several times — client-server to web, web to mobile, on-premise to cloud, and now deterministic software to AI-assisted everything. Firms our size rarely survive one of those transitions, let alone four. We did, because we never bet the company on a fashion. We bet it on fundamentals: senior engineers, honest scoping, and clients who come back.

Today our work spans the modern stack — cloud infrastructure, data engineering and analytics, AI and machine learning, digital commerce, Salesforce, and the web, mobile, and IoT products that businesses run on. The tools are new. The discipline behind them is twenty-six years old.

Our Hyderabad development center gives clients a real follow-the-sun model: development, testing, and support that continue while your office sleeps, with communication practices refined over two decades of working across time zones. We made significant, early investments in infrastructure — a dedicated development center, redundant connectivity, and collaboration facilities — because remote delivery only works when nothing about it is improvised.

Leadership

Jags Mamidi, Founder. Jags founded McRaaN Systems in 2000 and has led it through every technology cycle since — from the early consulting and staffing years to today's data, cloud, and AI practice. He remains directly involved in client engagements, which is precisely how he prefers it: at McRaaN, the person whose name is on the door is also in the room.
