McRaaN Systems ("McRaaN", "we", "us") is a software consulting, engineering, and staffing firm. Our office is at First Floor, WeWork – Rajapushpa Summit, Nanakramguda Road, Financial District, Hyderabad 500032, India. For anything related to this policy, write to info@mcraan.com.
What we collect
This website collects personal information only when you choose to give it to us through one of our forms — contact, partnership, vendor registration, or job application. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, company, phone number, links you share (such as a LinkedIn profile or portfolio), and the content of your message. We do not require an account, and browsing the site requires no personal information at all.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to you. Enquiries go to our team at info@mcraan.com; job applications go to our hiring team at careers@mcraan.com. We may keep correspondence on file so we have context if we talk again — for example, keeping a job application on record for future openings. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Third-party services
Three third-party services are involved in running this site. Form delivery: our forms are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which transmits your submission to our inbox; your submission passes through their infrastructure in the process. Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers — Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request. Hosting: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability, as virtually all web hosts do.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes — for example, if we add privacy-respecting analytics — we will update this policy first.
Retention
We keep form submissions and email correspondence for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them — typically the life of the conversation or business relationship. Job applications are kept on file for up to two years so we can reach you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email info@mcraan.com and we will act on the request promptly. If you have applied for a job and want your application removed, write to careers@mcraan.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on our news page.
